Self-pay rates
Self-pay treatment at CarePlus Chiropractic starts at $150 for an initial examination including digital X-ray where indicated. A DOT/CDL driver physical is $95. Follow-up treatment depends on what is used and is quoted at the first visit, before anything begins.

If you are paying yourself, tell us. We can be explicit about what is essential versus optional and give a realistic view of how many visits a course would involve. That conversation is much more useful at the beginning than three visits in.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the initial examination more than a follow-up?
Because it is longer and includes more: history, physical examination, neurological testing, digital X-ray where indicated, and the explanation of findings and plan. Follow-up visits are shorter and more focused.
Do I have to have an X-ray?
No. Imaging is taken only where it is clinically indicated. It is a judgement made during the examination, not a standard part of every first visit.
